ServiceNow temporarily waived the CIS-DF prerequisite for several Implementation Specialist certifications and offered a free CIS-DF exam window. Both offers have ended; CIS-DF is required again for qualifying CIS tracks.
•CIS-DF prerequisite waiver ended January 31, 2026 for Discovery, HAM, ITSM, SIR, Service Mapping, SAM, and Vulnerability Response
