Two certifications, though one learning path. OGEA-101 is Part 1 and earns the TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Foundation certification. OGEA-102 is Part 2; passing it after Part 1 earns the separate TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Practitioner certification. OGEA-103 is the combined Part 1 + Part 2 exam and leads to the Practitioner certification in one sitting. The Open Group lists Foundation and Practitioner as separate certifications in its portfolio.

Count certification tracks, not exams. Each track in the certification picker uses one certification on your plan. TOGAF 10 Foundation (OGEA-101) and TOGAF 10 Practitioner (OGEA-102) are separate tracks because they are separate Open Group certifications, so studying both uses two slots, which the 3 Certifications plan covers. The TOGAF Combined (OGEA-103) track uses one slot and covers both exam sections for the Practitioner certification, but it is a single combined-format bank, not the two separate 300-question banks. CompTIA A+ Core 1 and Core 2 are the exception: they are bundled together as one certification.
